Yes, it can hold the big wind and we have 0 issues on any weather conditions in the past 5 years. Normally the shed will be located against wall/ fence or corner place, won't be in the center of a backyard.

- Is the shed sturdy enough in winter?
Yes. Our shed was sold and used all across Canada including the fart north area. It's sturdy enough to resist snow and wind load in Extreme Climates.

- The panel of shed looks thin/ slim, would it be sturdy?
Yes. The thickness of 0.25mm steel panel is a common size of metal sheds in the market and has been tested in the market for a long while. It's sturdy enough after assembled together.

- How’s the metal shed comparing with the wood and vinyl models?
Wood and vinyl models are more expensive. Wood is always the best and most expensive option, it’s actually a house. Vinyl can make a larger space, but it’s not durable after a few cold winters and solar rays in summers.

- What is Floor Frame Kit?
The optional floor frame kit is for the shed on soft ground like grass, dirt, and gravel. The ground has to be flat and even as well. You can put plywood on top to make a floor easily. Recommend 3/8” in thickness of plywood.

You don’t really need the floor frame kit if you’ll put the shed on patio, deck, concrete slab, or any hard top surface.

- How to install the Floor Frame Kit?
The floor frame will be connected with the shed's bottom perimeter frame as instructed in the manual. We'll recommend to build the shed first and install the floor frame afterwards, to make it more convenient to step in and out during installation.

You can also install the floor frame earlier together with the bottom shed frame. It'll help to self-square the main body of shed during installation, but please be carefully watch your steps not damage the frames.

- What if there's missing part/ panel?
Before anything, please double-check the boxes one more time, customers miss parts but find them later in the box more often than you'd think.
After confirming the parts/ panels are missing, please contact us for more help.

- Why there's no holes on part #7 & 8 on top of sliding doors of the shed?
There's no holes on these parts in all of our metal garden sheds. You can either drill through and punch with the screw, or drill new holes to set the screws. It's a standard product design on the 2 aluminum parts to avoid any in-alignment on top of the doors during the installation.

- Why roof panels not line up during installation of the shed?
All our sheds are manufactured in a standard production line and no product differences that will result in screw holes offset.

Please keep the main body of shed to be square at each corner. Meanwhile, it’ll always twist a bit during installation. It’s normal and please double check the corner square and also can make new holes to connect the panels.
