Shipping and Delivery

What shipping options are available?

RELYARD offers flat rate shipping options for your convenience. We can deliver your items via local carriers to your desired address. 

  • Standard: Shipments will be delivered to or as close to your property line and or driveway provided the location is deemed accessible by the delivering carrier.
  • Pick up at the store: Choose to pick up at our store, you can pick up your package at a time that suits you.
  • Pick up at carrier facility: To save the shipping cost, for heavy/bulky items or addresses in a remote area, you can CONTACT US to select the nearest carrier's facility, and pick it up within 24 hours of delivery.
  • P.O. Box Shipping: The carriers will ship to a physical address with a postal code only. We are unable to offer any services to P.O. Box locations.

What are the processing and delivery times?

Please allow at least 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, shipping can take 2-14 business days for delivery, depending on location.   

What if I get a damaged item or the wrong item?

Please contact our customer services right away in case of any issues.

Modification/ Cancellation of Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any modifications or cancellations of orders once your order has been placed.  All sales are final.

If the order has left our warehouse and there was an incorrect address, or you would no longer like the order we will request the package be returned to the sender.  Once we have received confirmation that the package has been marked returned to sender, we can issue a refund only for the products but not the shipping. 

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your account settings. Also, you can provide a different address at the time of checkout. Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address.

Lost or delayed shipments 

If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, please reach out to our customer services. 

Please note that shipments leave our facility and are shipped out to the carrier’s central sorting center. From there, the shipments are assigned to a final mile carrier in your area and then shipped to the final mile carrier who will make the delivery. Unfortunately, delays can occur, but if an extended delay occurs, we will work with our customers and the carrier to get them resolved.
